I have too much invested in the pieces to just let them go.I admire you for having these feelings for your work.Bettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09729656262467456143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4453791369056841778.post-60080687714774299802010-01-29T09:15:30.941-06:002010-01-29T09:15:30.941-06:00I only stitch for those who will appreciate it, bu...I only stitch for those who will appreciate it, but I don't need to see it. I don't care where they put it. But it does kill me to see lovely stitched pieces sold at yard sales for next to nothing.Rachel S-Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09107389853919180602noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4453791369056841778.post-61023912922720775972010-01-29T08:25:42.604-06:002010-01-29T08:25:42.604-06:00I try really hard to only stitch for people that I...I try really hard to only stitch for people that I know would appreciate it and I try to pick something I think they would like. For me, I hate making people feel uncomfortable, like "What the heck am I going to do with THAT?" But most of the pieces I've given have been well recived and are well loved.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17432778814708875811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4453791369056841778.post-49095563383147110102010-01-28T17:17:32.776-06:002010-01-28T17:17:32.776-06:00I don't know. However, that being said, if I stitch something for someone, even though it IS a gift, I'd like to least be appreciated for the time and thought I took to stitch it! If I ever find something in a birdcage...well that'd be the last person I'd stitch ANYTHING for. That's just way uncool.

Are you ready for the cold that's coming? Bet you're glad you got all that wood available now!

MaryMaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12744386366596640588noreply@blogger.com
